HOW TO ACCESS RESEARCH ARTICLES
FOR FREE!

HINT: Don't pay for them!

As a former school-based SLP, I remember how frustrating it was to be committed to implementing high-quality evidenced based care, but struggling without easy access to research articles. I'm thrilled to share that there are many options for getting free, legal versions of journal articles! Click below to see the tips compiled by the Informed SLP

CHILDHOOD APRAXIA OF SPEECH

Free resources

Dr. McCabe and the ReST team have an amazing website with resources for assessment and treatment of CAS, linked below. The resources are mostly specific to ReST (an evidence-based CAS treatment that you can learn for FREE), but there are general resources too. My all-time favorite is the Evidence Summary (the first link on the Resources page), which is updated yearly with the latest CAS evidence to support education and advocacy with funding agencies, schools and other health professionals.
